Rooms & Rates:  Rates show are low season to high season.  Low Season rates are available from November through April.

Reservations: Our bed and breakfast is open all year round which includes the Okanagan's Spring Wine Festival in May and the Okanagan's Fall Wine Festival in October.

The Lakeview is a spacious, luxurious room complete with a sitting area, full ensuite, and a balcony overlooking the gardens and beach. $105 - $165 per night.

Amenities include satellite TV with DVD player, wireless internet and ceiling fans.

Spruceview

The Spruceview is a comfortable, nicely appointed suite including a sitting room and full ensuite bath.                       $95 - $155 per night.

Cancellation policy

Although it has rarely been needed, we would like our guests to rest easy that should an emergency arise that requires their travel plans to change, we have no intention of adding to their turmoil by charging them for the stay that they are not able to enjoy! If the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to their stay, there will be no charge. If it is 1 to 7 days prior to their planned stay, we will charge a fee of $30. If it is last minute we will charge for the cost of the first night's accommodation.
